Manage work saved in this browser on . These controls cover the office apps, whiteboard, creative tools, widgets, and games on this domain.

Keep a copy or clear this browser

Save important work with each app’s native Save or Export before the deadline. Browser cleanup runs here when you return after expiry; an offline browser cannot be remotely erased. Close other SplatWorks tabs before clearing.

The archive includes local/session storage and accessible IndexedDB records, with recognized credential fields redacted. Keep credentials out of project content. Media can make the download large. Keep it private. It is an inspection archive; use native project files to reopen work in an app.

The receipt records this domain, time and cleanup counts without student work. It covers this browser operation; school/cloud copies, other domains and backups need their own receipts. It stays in this tab until downloaded.

Clearing here does not erase downloads, shared files, school servers, cloud accounts, backups, or the other domain. DrawSplat.org data and SplatWorks.org data must be handled separately.

Optional connections

AI tools keep local processing available. AI requires a key held only in the current tab and separate approval for each AI provider destination in that tab. Approval is revoked when connections are disabled; redirected AI requests are rejected. Schools must approve the provider, age limits, retention, security and no-training terms before student use.

Turning this off blocks future cross-origin fetch, XMLHttpRequest and beacon calls, including connected cloud storage and backends. It does not block navigation, remote images, embeds, fonts, or page delivery. Use your school’s network controls for a complete outbound allowlist.

Parents and eligible students

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction/pause, or raise a privacy concern. Contact the school that controls the records. Acknowledge requests within 10 school days and complete them within 30 calendar days; a shorter applicable legal deadline takes precedence. Identity is checked through the school’s existing verified family channel before records are disclosed.

School-connected family request form · Public-site privacy contact

The public-site contact can address website issues and route a request; it cannot access a school’s private database or your browser. Do not email passwords, student work, identity documents, or sensitive records. School privacy contacts must offer an equivalent assisted process for families who cannot use the app.

Age and school approval

Under 13 and unknown-age minors: school-supervised local use; connected processing requires documented school authorization for the educational purpose or verified parent authorization where applicable. Ages 13–17: the same private defaults, with applicable parent rights and service age limits. Eligible students 18 and older may exercise their own records rights. No date of birth or identity document is required for local editing.

For direct family use that requires verifiable parental consent, the operator must collect and verify a signed parental authorization through an established offline/verified communication channel before enabling covered collection. A checkbox or the Apps Script teacher code alone is not independent legal verification. No public child registration is provided here; AI connections require adult or authorized educator approval.
